Xbox 360 Consoles and Accessories:
 
The Warranty for the Xbox 360 Consoles and Kinect Sensor is 1 year from date of purchase. Accessories have a 90 day warranty from date of purchase.
 
If the console or accessory is faulty within the first 14 days of purchase, it must be returned to the Digital Planet, with all the components attached and including the original packaging and receipt.  Then Digital Planet must replace the complete console or accessory and return the faulty unit to Prima Interactive within 8 weeks of the purchase date.
 
After 14 days, Digital Planet may not replace it, and the customer must please contact the call centre on 0800 991 550 for support. It is open from Monday to Friday from 10h00 to 18h00. The customer will then log the problem and receive a ref number. An email is then sent to Powercare from Microsoft within 24/48 hours. Powercare will then arrange collection of the unit and replacement -as long as the console/accessory has not been tampered with in anyway.
When returning the console to Powercare, please ensure that the customer does NOT send back the Hard Drive, Controller or any power cords or other detachable items on the console, ONLY the console must be returned or the faulty item.
