FNB Cancelations

If the product has been dispatched then the agent must:

• Advise Tebogo to RTS the parcel and CC Trudy and Kat
• Cancel the order on AE
• Make a comment
• Also advise Earl and Nkosi of the cancellation and RTS

If the product has not been dispatched then the agent must:

• Cancel the order on AE
• Make a comment
• Advise Nkosi (if stock has been allocated)
