FNB Procedure
   Google Nexus Return Policy

  •     The DOA policy is only valid within the first working 14 days from invoice
  •     Customer will contact us to advise of the fault
  •     Collection will be arranged with Trudy / Kat
  •     Once we receive the stock it will be sent to Tarsus
  •     Tarsus will do a swap out
  •     Trudy will then update the new Serial no: on AE (existing order)
  •      The TAT on a DOA 3-5 working days
