  • A cooling off period is 7 days.
  • Agent need to arrange collection, include the client's banking details on the email and send it to Trudy/Kat.
  • Should the client complain after 7 days, the device will be repaired and not replaced.
  • Trudy/Kat will be keeping the clients up to date on the repairs/ replacement status.
