Website Orders - Returns: VM , Samsung and Lenovo

A client can return a product to us within 7 days working days of receiving it for a refund (less delivery) on condition

• That the unit is sealed
• We will only give a full refund if we supplied the incorrect product (agent error)

If the product is not sealed then we will not accept the unit back for a full refund (25% handling fee) unless

• We supplied the customer with the incorrect products (Agent error)
