Website Orders - Returns: HPshop website

Customer has 30 days to return the product for a refund (less delivery fee) on condition that:

  • The unit is sealed
  • We will only give a full refund if we supplied the incorrect product (agent error)
  • If the product is not sealed and it was the clients fault/ error then we will not accept the unit back for a full refund, we will charge a 25% handling fee.
  • If the product is sealed and it was the clients fault/ error then we will not accept the unit back for a full refund, we will refund less the delivery cost.
